Athloapp terms of use

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Lightcore. Contact us at support@athlo.si.

Using Athloapp

Athloapp helps you record strength and cardio training, review your history, connect supported health services and share selected activity with other users. You are responsible for the information you enter, the training choices you make and the device and network needed to use the service.

You must be at least 13 to use Athloapp. You may use it only if you can enter into this agreement under the law that applies to you. If another person must approve your use because of your age, they must review and accept these terms for you.

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the law says otherwise.

Health and safety

Athloapp is a fitness log. It is not a medical device, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency service or a substitute for a qualified health professional. Exercise carries risk. Choose activity suitable for your condition, equipment and surroundings, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms. Contact emergency services for an emergency.

Sensor, GPS, calorie, heart-rate and training calculations can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not use Athloapp for decisions where an error could cause serious harm.

Your content and social features

You keep ownership of content you create. You give us a limited licence to host, process, back up, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve Athloapp. The licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to the retention described in the privacy notice and any legal requirement to keep a record.

Saving an activity does not publish it. If you choose to publish content, people allowed by your account and activity privacy settings can see the social summary described in the privacy notice. Your basic public profile can appear in athlete search.

Do not post content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, or that infringes another person's rights. Do not impersonate others, scrape the service, attempt to bypass access controls, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or use another person's account without permission.

We may remove content or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these terms. You can report or block another user in the app. Contact support@athlo.si if an in-app report is unavailable.

Free and Pro

Athloapp offers a free plan and one Pro tier with monthly and yearly options. No lifetime plan or second paid tier is offered at launch. The current features of each plan are shown before purchase. Existing content remains available after a downgrade, but creating additional routines or custom exercises may be limited until you are below the free-plan cap.

For an iPhone purchase, Apple shows the final local price, tax treatment, billing period and any offer before you confirm. An auto-renewable subscription renews for the same period unless you cancel it through Apple before renewal. Your subscription remains available until the verified end of the paid period after cancellation, subject to Apple's billing rules. No trial or introductory price is promised unless Apple shows one in the purchase screen.

Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in iPhone Settings: tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Athloapp, then tap Cancel Subscription. You can also use Apple's subscription page. Refund requests for Apple purchases are decided by Apple under its rules and applicable law. See the Refund policy.

Deleting Athloapp, signing out, downgrading or deleting your Athloapp account does not by itself cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Account deletion does not automatically request a refund. The account-deletion screen reminds you to cancel a store subscription before deleting the account.

If a web purchase channel is offered later, its checkout will show the applicable price and billing terms. Development Stripe tests are not a public purchase offer.

Service changes and availability

We may maintain, fix or change Athloapp over time. We will not remove a paid feature during a paid period or make another material change without the notice or remedy required by applicable consumer law. We may suspend parts of the service temporarily for security, maintenance or events outside our reasonable control.

Android and Health Connect support are planned for a later release and are not part of the iPhone launch commitment.

Ending use

You can stop using Athloapp at any time. Cancel a paid subscription through the store that billed you. You can separately delete your Athloapp account in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; account deletion removes the account and associated Athloapp data as described on the Account deletion page. These are separate actions.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable chance to fix the issue. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Responsibility

We provide Athloapp with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so is unlawful, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is prohibited. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for loss caused by unsupported use, inaccurate device sensors, third-party services outside our control, or a failure to follow health and safety guidance.

Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights that apply where you live. If Athloapp is faulty or a paid digital service is not supplied as agreed, you may have rights to correction, a price reduction, cancellation or another remedy under applicable law.

Disputes and applicable law

Contact support@athlo.si first so we can try to resolve a problem. You may also use any consumer dispute body or court available under the mandatory law where you live. If you live in Sweden, you may be able to refer a qualifying dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).

These terms are governed by the law of Sweden, except that this choice does not remove mandatory protections or court rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

Privacy and Apple terms

Our Privacy notice explains how Athloapp handles personal data. If you download Athloapp through Apple, Apple's standard App Store terms also apply to your relationship with Apple, including store billing and refunds.
